In this talk we will present blow-up rates for possible singular solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations in the homogeneous Sobolev spaces $\dot{H}^{\frac{3}{2}}\left(X\right)$ and $\dot{H}^{\frac{5}{2}}\left(X\right)$, where $X=\mathbb{T}^3$, the 3-dimensional torus, or $X=\mathbb{R}^3$.
