This special issue encourages papers that apply concepts and methods for modelling and dealing with complexity including genetic algorithms, network, cellular automata, evolutionary behaviour, informational theory, computational, statistical and mathematical models, non-linear systems, agent-based models, to analyse and describe complex phenomena in Economics. Papers can focus on theoretical, empirical and methodological aspects of complex systems.
Authors of papers presented at the Interdisciplinary Workshops on Complex Systems (IWCS) of 2019 and other interested researchers are invited to submit versions of their work for publication in a special issue of AIMS's JOURNAL OF DYNAMICS AND GAMES. The IWCSs is organized by researchers of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) – ARGENTINA and Universidad de la República (UDELAR) - URUGUAY.
Submitted papers must be written in English and describe original research which is not published nor currently under review by other journals. Instructions for manuscripts preparation can be found on the journal’s web page. All submissions will be peer-reviewed and judged on the basis of originality, contribution to the field, technical and presentation quality, and relevance to the topics of the workshop.
The papers must be written using LaTeX and not exceed 15 pages and should use the dedicated AIMS Templates available at the following link:
